"I ordered a battery from litime.com..."
I ordered a battery from litime.com, but the one that showed up wasn’t the model I picked. The weird part was the packing slip had the correct item listed, so somewhere between that and the box, things clearly got mixed up.

I reached out to support with my order number and photos, but the replies were slow. Then they asked me for information I had already sent, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

mistakes happen, and it’s not even about that as much as how long and clunky the fix felt. Getting the right item shipped is basic, and after this experience, I’m not really eager to order from them again.

"I bought this Litime battery thinking it would..."
I bought this Litime battery thinking it would be something I could count on for a good while, but it started giving me problems much sooner than I expected. The charging got inconsistent, and the capacity seemed to drop off fast, which was just one more frustrating thing to deal with when I was already feeling mentally drained.

For what it cost, I really thought I’d get years of use out of it without having to stress about replacing it already. Maybe I got unlucky, but I’m disappointed with how short the lifespan has been.

"Support replied, just a bit slow"
I reached out to LiTime support with a question about my order, and to be fair, they did get back to me and were polite. It just took longer than I thought it would between replies, and I had to follow up once, well, not had to, but I felt like I needed to keep it moving.
In the end, they answered my question and it all worked out, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. Just not the fastest support interaction, and I wish the response time had been a little better.

I just had a frustrating experience with my battery setup, and it’s fresh enough that it’s probably coloring my view of the whole company. Support kept sending these short replies that didn’t really answer my questions, and then I’d wait days to hear back again. In the end, I had to figure it out myself. Maybe others have had better luck, but after this latest experience, I don’t see myself ordering from Litime again.

"Really disappointed with the packaging"
My order from litime.com arrived with the box half crushed, and there was barely any padding inside. It didn’t feel like it was packed with much care.
The battery was sliding around in the carton, and the corners looked beat up. For something this heavy, I expected a lot better, like some foam or at least a stronger box to keep it secure.

Customer service aside, the packaging alone makes me hesitant to order again. It just felt "careless," and that’s not what I expected for a product like this...

I’m not really getting the full battery capacity I expected. It drains fast, so I’ve had to charge it more often than I’d like.

In my experience, this takes forever to charge, and it gets annoying after a while. I expected it to be a lot quicker.

The battery seems to be working okay so far, so no complaints there. But installing it was more annoying than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear, and I ended up looking up extra info because I didn’t totally trust that I was doing it right. It took way longer than I planned. I weirdly remember there was a tiny screw that rolled under my kitchen mat and somehow that was the moment I knew this wasn’t going to be a quick job. Not terrible overall, but I wouldn’t call it beginner friendly.

"Feels cheap, and I had to chase them about it"
The case feels weak and flimsy, not really what I expected. I also had to chase them to get any kind of response about my complaint, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

"A little back and forth, but they made it right"
It took a few emails to get the return sorted out, so it wasn’t exactly instant, but in the end the warranty did what it was supposed to do. I got my replacement, and that’s what matters to me, things can go wrong, but it means a lot when a company follows through

"Showed up faster than I figured it would"
I ordered from litime.com after a buddy of mine mentioned he’d had decent luck with them, and the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info the next day, and the package started moving not long after that, which was reassuring.
It actually arrived a little ahead of the original estimate, and everything was packed up just fine. I’m taking off one star because the tracking kind of stalled for a bit and didn’t update right away, but overall it was a smooth experience.

I tried ordering from litime.com and the whole checkout process was a pain. The site was slow, my cart randomly changed at one point, and I had to go back and add the item again, which was annoying.
After I paid, I didn’t get any clear updates for a while, and when I reached out, support wasn’t much help. It felt like nobody really owned the issue or could tell me who was responsible for what, so I had to keep chasing just to get basic info. I don’t think I’ll order from their site again.

The battery’s been working fine so far, and for the price I really can’t complain. It feels like a fair deal for what you get. That said, wow, the shipping could’ve been quicker. I was all happy with the purchase until I kept checking the tracking like, okay, where is it?
